8 Week Intro to Pole Series
Everyone is strong enough, sexy enough, and the perfect size enough to take an intro to pole class! This is THE best place to start. Learn sexy moves and the fundamentals of how to do a spin and a climb. In Intro to Pole we take more time to break things down to create an environment that's easy to learn in and free of intimidation. You're welcome to take Intro as many times as you'd like! Heels recommended (It’s easier than you think. You’ve got the pole to hold you up!) Wearing shorts above the knee and no lotion will help you stick to the pole and learn brand new pole tricks!
8 Week Beginner 1 Pole Series
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole or equivalent
This is what comes after the Intro series. You will learn a different spin and a climb (and reviewing what you already know) in every class while stringing them together with sexy dance moves. It's a great way to practice a multitude of spins, climbs and transitions between dance moves. Heels are recommended!
8 Week Beginner 2 Pole Series
Prerequisite: Completion of Beginner 1 Pole or equivalent
Similar to Beginner 1 Pole you will learn a different climb and a spin in each class but amping it up with combo spins and more strength building climbs. Beginner 2, like most classes, always includes a dance element to help improve and enhance quality of movement while on the pole. Heels are recommended!
8 Week Beginner 3 Pole Series
Prerequisite: Completion of Beginner 2 Pole or equivalent
Continue adding on what you've learned plus getting upside down! Inverted straddle, leg hangs, shoulder mount, push pull grips and other beginner to advanced beginner inverts. Along with combo spins and more complex choreo and floorwork!
8 Week ADVANCED Beginner Pole Series
Prerequisite: Completion of Beginner 3 Pole or equivalent
This series is for anyone who has finished the 8 Week Beginner 3 Series. We continue to work on more challenging tricks combined with dance combos on static pole with the last two weeks focusing on spin pole. Yeehaw!!
8 Week SHIMALIMADINGDONG Pole Series (PT 1 & 2)
Prerequisite: Completion of Advanced Beginner Pole or 6 months of pole
Pole sourcery for the very advanced! This series comes after our 8 Week Advanced Beginner Series.
This series will offer all the things you've ever dreamed of: dancing, tricks, inverts?, silly warm ups, floor tricks, sexiness, and badassery, oh my!
8 Week SEXUAL TRICKS & COMBOS Series
Prerequisite: Jasmine from a climb
This class merges the sexy with the tricky.
Finding your sexy flow while incorporating tricks is challenging! Luckily we have this class to help you practice just that.
Find your sexy, find your flow while also incorporating some kick ass tricks.
6 WEEK Beginner Inversion Series

Come get comfortable upside down! Once you're there you won't want to leave!This six week series is great for anyone who is new to inverting and would like to build some badass strength! Learn all the pretty, wowing beginner invert poses on the pole. We will also build on conditioning exercises each week that will help develop your core muscles to have you inverting like a champ. Here are a few moves you can expect to learn: Classic straddle invert, outside leg hang (with pretty variations), inside leg hang (with pretty variations), cross leg lay back, straight leg lay back, Jade, Butterfly, Superperson from inside leg hang, Crucifix, Pike, Chopper, Trap Mount Invert and more!
4 WEek Floor Play SERIES
Prerequisite: Beginner Friendly - some pole experience is helpful
Slinky, liquid Goddess of the Floor! Floor work is an important part of a well rounded pole dancers' repertoire. This series will focus on all those amazing moves you see dancers do on the floor that makes your brain freak out. How do they do it? We will teach you! Shoulder rolls, kip up like movements, sexy, slinky slithering, transitioning from standing to the floor and back up with liquid ease. All Levels Welcome.
4 Week Intro to Spin Pole Series
Prerequisite: Completion of Intro to Pole Series
Introduction to Spin Pole Series! We will start from the beginning and practice controlled movements on spin pole to create pretty spinning shapes. This class will build on spin pole fundamentals each week, and incorporate small combinations to practice. At the end of 4 weeks you will be able to comfortably transition between introductory spins to create really pretty sequences on spin pole!
4 Week Intermediate SLinky Sensual Series
Prerequisite: 6 months of consistent pole
Learn sexy, slinky, dynamic choreo that we will add on to each week to give you plenty of time to let the movement sink into your sexy bones.
Bring your kneepads! We sell them at the studio if you don’t have any!
Beginner SEXUAL Tricks & DANCE COMBOS
Prerequisite: 3 Intro to pole classes or equivalent
Each class will focus on 1-2 foundational tricks (static and spin) and blending them into sexy and fun choreography. You'll develop strength, confidence, and flow as you refine your basics and get ready for more advanced levels. This class encourages you to grow at your own pace and is a great stepping stone to more challenging tricks and classes.
Intermediate/ADVANCED Spin Pole
Prerequisite: Strong aerial invert
In this class you'll work on more challenging spin pole combos up and down the pole that often involve inverting. This class is great for expanding your spin pole vocabulary and building strength.
ADVANCED Beginner SPIN
Prerequisite: Aerial jasmine and spin pole experience
This class will focus on longer advanced beginner level spin combos moving up and down the pole. Experience with spin is necessary. We will be diving into the dance of the combos, finding the seamless flow from one move to the next.
ADVANCED BEGINNER CONTEMPORARY FUSION
Prerequisite: 4 months of pole experience
Calling all ooey gooey contemporary babes with all the feels!
In this class we will be learning contemporary inspired choreography. A fusion of jazz and modern: incorporating floor work, fluid transitions, and a few traditional contemporary movements. No need for shoes! Put on your favorite socks and lets slip and slide!
Beginner Slinky Sensual pole
Kneepads required - heels recommended
Beginner Level! Learn some slinky slanky choreo that you will be encouraged to play with to make your own. You'll have the opportunity to dance to different types of music, explore different tempos, add flares, practice improvising with in a structure and dive deep in to your inner Slank Diva.
Advanced Beginner Pause & flow
Prerequisite: At least 4 months of consistent pole training
Emphasize your ability to linger and luxuriate. The focus of this class is sensual, slow, and continuous movement. We’ll be utilizing the floor, pole, motion, and stillness to undulate our way through low flow choreo each week.
AdVANCED BEGINNER BASE TRICKS DROP IN
Prerequisite: Pre reqs: comfort in basic shoulder rolls/trap grip/bracket grip, at least 6 months of consistent pole
Stunning tricks don’t have to be up the pole! Think shoulder stand variations, kips, flops and static power spins. In each class we will learn a few tricks and then practice weaving them into improv. Bring your boots and kneepads!
PolerinA
Prerequisite: 4 months of Pole/4 spin pole classes
Don’t let the ballerina context fool you; we will be fully embracing our sensuality in this class. We will incorporate ballet technique such as staying on our toes (in heels ) and putting an emphasis on the arms and hands. No more T-Rex walks around the pole!
